Awesome professor and great experience tackling the GMAT. Learned a lot in the course work as the weeks progressed. Definitely recommend but want to advise- be sure to get the OG and other books to supplement the Veritas material.

I did extensive research before signing up for this course, as it did cost a little more than I was looking to spend. A few of my colleagues at work had taken the same course and highly recommended Veritas Prep.

I am very happy to report that I found the course to be worth every penny! Everything about the course was well executed and incredibly resourceful. I have so much information about anything I could possibly think of having to do with the GMAT at my fingertips! I expecially loved my instructor, who I truly felt wanted to help the students in any way he could.

I really learned how to apply the basic knowledge required on the test to the actual GMAT itself. The reinforcement of certain key principles that most books don't emphasize as much (i.e. number properties) is what made this course worthwhile.

My instructor Matt Douglas made even the most dense material fun through his teaching style and funny comments.

I personally feel the course is great for the beginner to high-intermediate.

First off, I'd like to say that the GMAT course with Veritas was without a doubt a very intensive course. To succeed you really need to work hard, and follow the Veritas Prep methodologies outlined. If you can do that without fail, you score will increase quite a bit.

The only word of advice I have is this: take this course first. Don't study, or prepare for the exam before taking this course. The methods you will learn in this course are what will allow you to boost your score. If you study on your own before taking this course, you'll learn your own method to tackle the question type. Then if you take the Veritas course, you'll have to un-learn what you learned yourself, and re-learn the Veritas Prep method.

Summary: Good course all around. Very intensive. Do not do ANY preparation before taking this course (don't look at practice questions or practice exams AT ALL - if you do, you risk jeopardizing the results you want!)

My Veritas Prep instructor was extremely affable and knowledgeable about the course material he presented. His cheerfulness and eagerness to solve problems helped pass the time in a rather long weekly 6-hour study session. He was able to effectively communicate basic fundamentals as well as test taking strategies that helped me to narrow in on key deficiencies in my knowledge base.

Veritas Prep has a distinct advantage in the breadth of materials given. From the 15 course books to the depth of the online material, I never felt like I wasn’t fully preparing myself for the exam. This was one of the key factors in my choosing Veritas Prep over other comparable GMAT prep courses. Veritas Prep does a good job in organizing all of the possible subjects that are covered on the actual GMAT exam.

The course was conveniently located at a major hotel, which was comfortable and air-conditioned with a good array of choices for lunch in the local area.

Veritas Prep helped me improve my overall score by 70 points. The course allowed me to narrow the focus of my studies and not just aimlessly solve problems from the Official Guide book.

My experience with Veritas was good. I really feel that you get the best value for you dollar. You are exposed to a lot of class time and problems that are challenging. I had the privilege of working with Travis and Matt. Veritas comes through with their FREE re-take of the course for any reason policy. Both instructors are very good, patient, and genuinely concern with your success. I am glad I chose Veritas.
