Jenifer on the initial call itself is honest and does not sugar coat your chances. She gives you a clear picture of your profile and the schools you should target. When I was researching for MBA consultants, I spoke with several of them but Jenifer’s knowledge about schools and application was very apparent in the initial discussion. Yes, getting a good score on GMAT is difficult but sailing through the application process is another level of a grueling task. Initially I thought that I will handle it on my own but when I started putting things together I myself would not admit me in any school. The final essay was so bad even after multiple round of feedback from family and friends. I then started looking for consultants and got to know about ARINGO. After initial free consultation I got on board with them with Mark as my consultant. Jason very patiently looked through all my drafts and cited the obvious flaws in my story (which were not so obvious for me initially). I dreaded that I have to rework everything again but Mark had an amazing way through language. Through his comments I revised the essay but did not miss the original theme of the essay. It was all still me saying out the stories. When your essays are strong your interviews echo confidence. By the end of the interview, I somehow knew I have got the seat – it was so good! I am so glad I opted for ARINGO for my applications. I knew I had a traditional background and could not pinpoint anything unique in my profile. When speaking to ARINGO guys, they picked up on my USPs (which even I was unaware of) in the first discussion. I instantly hired them.   Jason supported me throughout the process. I was so confused when looking to apply to top MBA schools. And when speaking to various admission consultants they all sounded Terrific. The deciding factor was when a conversation with Shimri helped me realized that he and the Aringo team “really” get me. Post enrolment, the amazing Mark A. my primary consultant, strategized my application and talked about how to go about my long-term and short term goals. My goal was a bit unique, to start my own cybersecurity company and my essays presented the story in a very convincing manner. I am thrilled that I chose aringo among all the admission consultants out there. Their experience is visible in their approach to the process.   The work started with some brainstorming sessions regarding my why mba and career goals. I spoke to aringo’s strategy heads, Jen and Shimri several times and got the comfort that I have the potential to get into good schools and with a scholarship, which was vital for me, as I will be moving with a family. Mark is a real professional and very patient and understands the anxiety of the candidate. I still remember my CV alone had 15+ revisions. My experience with ARINGO has been delightful. At first. I was intimidated by the daunting application process but Shimri answered all my doubts and calmed me down. As an international applicant, that comes from the non-profit industry, I knew I wanted an admission consultant by my side during the application process. There was no question who to choose, as my sister worked with Aringo 5 years ago and got into her dream school and recommended them. I worked with the wonderful Gwen who helped me craft my narrative in such a manner that I was able to get 4 interviews in top schools and two offers at INSEAD and Yale! My first piece of advice would be when you look for a consultant, try talking to as many as you can. The idea is not only who is an expert of your target school but how comfortable you are working with him/her. This is because, at the end of the day, no one will be writing your stories. The rapport with your consultant will only help you to bring the best in you. The same was the case was with me. I was not much confident with my score. Though I had certifications like CA, CFA, etc. I just did not want to settle for any college. Jenifer with Shay understood my plans and ambitions well. Shay kept on sending me edits (generally before the promised time) to keep up with my schedule and not compromising with the quality. Interview prep was amazingly supportive. I managed to get two admits- INSEAD and Kelley. It is a happy feeling to get into a school that you always thought was beyond reach. Thank you, team!

I interviewed a bunch of different consultants, and aringo was the obvious choice. This is because, in the first conversation with Jen, she helped me to pick the stories that are strongest for an MBA application (to be honest- I have loads of stories as I have been a very active student since my school days). Jenifer motivated me to apply to an aggressive list of schools as she believed in me. David then did the brainstorming session and helped me break down my stories as per the scenarios. He is an HBS graduate and knows what it takes to apply to similar schools. He also helped me to connect with current students and alums of my target schools. The strategy team guided me on my career goals, my strengths, points to highlight in my resume, etc. Aringo brings so much positiveness to the so-called daunting application process. I did not see myself struggling to bring my stories together after discussions with the team. I recommend them highly for their streamlined process and expertise.

When applying for business schools, the hardest thing was to convince the school why me in a word limit. Derin from aringo helped me putting my absolute best forward in a clear and concise way. Her presence not only gave me the second set of eyes on my essays and resume also but also the questions that an adcom member will have on my profile. So by default, I was getting ready for the interview prep even before actually starting with it. She not only kept a track of deadlines but also calmed my anxiety (as I knew my application is being scrutinized in an unbiased way at every step). Most importantly, Derin is flexible in her working style and will customize her approach as per your needs. Sriram was extremely helpful in targeting on those areas of the applications which needed the most attention. He helped me refine my essays, shared the relevant resources, and the interview readiness. The process laid out for me was not only efficient, but also took care that my application is submitted early resulting in the admit of my preferred school- Yale.  I recommend Sriram with all my heart because of his mentoring and guidance.

I was about 5 weeks away from my application deadline and I had all the elements with me but scattered badly. I told myself that I will need a consultant but the clock was ticking. Like everybody else, I started going through reviews- that made me all the more confused. I narrowed it down to 3 and chose ARINGO after my discussion with them. Reason- they did not say that what I wanted to hear but rather gave me an objective perspective.
